By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are accurate, complete, or error-free. Products may vary slightly from images due to the handcrafted nature of our desserts.
Our products are currently available at IYYCburg locations in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and for same-day delivery in Lahore, Pakistan. Product availability may vary by location and season. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.
When you place an order through our website or contact us directly, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We will send a separate email when your order is accepted and being prepared.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on our website or in orders that have been placed but not yet fulfilled.
Prices do not include applicable taxes, delivery fees, or service charges unless explicitly stated. These additional charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
We accept the following payment methods:
Payment is due at the time of order placement unless otherwise arranged for custom orders or catering services. We use secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors to protect your financial information.
Custom cake orders require advance notice (typically 7-14 days depending on complexity). A deposit of 50% is required to confirm custom orders, with the balance due upon pickup or delivery. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
Catering orders require a minimum order value and advance booking. Specific terms, including deposit requirements, cancellation policies, and delivery arrangements, will be provided in a separate catering agreement.
For custom cakes, we will work with you to create your desired design. However, we reserve the right to make minor adjustments based on technical feasibility, ingredient availability, or food safety requirements. Final designs may vary slightly from initial concepts.
We offer same-day delivery in Lahore, Pakistan, and delivery services in Calgary through our IYYCburg partners. Delivery fees and minimum order requirements apply. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
You must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient.
Products are available for pickup at IYYCburg locations in Calgary. You will receive notification when your order is ready for pickup. Orders not picked up within 48 hours may be subject to storage fees or cancellation without refund.
Our desserts are perishable and require proper handling. Once delivered or picked up, you are responsible for proper storage and consumption within recommended timeframes. We are not liable for product quality issues resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery.
Standard product orders (VELVA Butter Cookie, VELVA Choco) can be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery or pickup for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Custom cake orders and catering services are non-refundable once production has begun. Cancellations made before production starts will receive a refund minus the deposit. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your order confirmation.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We will offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion. Photographic evidence may be required.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, tree nuts, and peanuts. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens.
If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us when placing your order. However, you consume our products at your own risk. We are not liable for allergic reactions or dietary issues resulting from consumption of our products.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Calgary, Alberta, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
